Legal
This website only collects the information you choose to send us — for example, your name, email, phone number and travel dates when you submit a booking enquiry — and uses it to respond to your request.
What we collect
When you send a booking enquiry we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone (optional), dates, number of guests, room preference and any notes. We don't sell this information or use it for advertising.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. The embedded Google Map is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you, confirm availability and manage your reservation. Enquiry emails are delivered by our email provider and stored in the hotel's inbox.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call the front desk at +1 (812) 717-4062 or email us. This policy may be updated from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page.
